What people should not forget is that the €500bn fund for infrastructure is SPD’s initiative, and it’s the price they are basically paying for the support of more military spending, which won’t be capped.

A new metal fence has been erected around Baku’s Khatai District Court blocking the ability of journalists to photograph defendants. A police cordon has also been established, with journalists reportedly refused entry into the court.
