Protesters blocked Rustaveli on the 330th day of protest in Tbilisi. People stood in front of the police, who was calling them to open Rustaveli. They held hands together and didn't leave despite knowing it could mean up to 15 days in jail.

According to rights groups, 70 people have been detained in the last few days in total since the new restrictive regulations on freedom of assembly came to force.

On the 329th day of protest Georgian police intervened on Wednesday evening as anti-government protesters once again tried to block Tbilisi's central avenue, defying tightened protest laws. The crackdown led to a series of arrests, with some estimates reaching almost 30.

"Letters from political prisoners to Georgian citizens,", "cell 101" - parents and family members of imprisoned protesters distributed the newspapers to people at Bazaars in Gori. Later they visited Gori castle.

Tbilisi City Court acquitted Nika Katsia of drug charges today. Katsia is the third protester to be acquitted of drug charges.
