yeah it's funny that ai companies lost a ton of money but using generative ai is still immoral at the core. even if the model is advanced and good, it's been trained on massive amounts of content without the consent of the original authors

we had a great 8 years of it being acceptable to be publicly queer but the right tapped into their hysteria and are trying to push us back decades. this is why the left warned of relying on rainbow capitalism because their support was about profit above all else. the solution is for us to not hide

chat. i booted up a proper pc game for the first time in like a year and... it kinda sucked. i don't think it's the game even, the whole time i just felt like i should be doing something more productive... i might be actually turning into a boring adult.

i actually can't wait to be done with all my current unity projects, i feel like i have to fight the engine for everything i want to do and i want out

just put a linux install on my shitty old laptop and honestly i feel like it's struggling a lot less with just existing now :p it just might survive the few courses i'll still need it for in uni

linux though.... might take a while to get used to

chat i finally got a good, new pc after trying to keep a "gaming" laptop from 2019 alive for way too long. i actually can't wait to do game development (and actual gaming, maybe) again now that i have an actually usable machine :3
