UPDATE:
I'm back to my regular walking speed of 3.0 mph! All of my gym progress has paid off!
I'm back to my regular walking speed of 3.0 mph! All of my gym progress has paid off!
It’s so upsetting that since I got major surgery last year, my walking speed has gotten slower. I use to be able to walk at 3 mph comfortably but now my normal speed is 2.5 mph.
It’s disheartening. I can’t let it deter me from going to the gym.

Randomly thought of junior year of HS. I was doing a duet performance with a classmate. I completely blanked on my lines for the ending and somehow didn’t remember how it ends. My partner had to deviate from the actual ending to end it. It was the first and only time I ever forgot my lines on stage.

My day today: More activity within the past 2 weeks and some quesadillas from Chili’s. I haven’t had them in awhile and they were SO FREAKING GOOD! It completely uplifted me more than I expected. 😋

My brother found out his friend goes to the same Zumba classes and asked her how it felt to see me dance since he’s never seen me dance.

I’m so proud of my first ever home cooked lasagna! Pasta was a tad undercooked and even after cooking more meat than the recipe called for, I still didn’t have as much as I wanted. But I’m so proud of myself! Another thing to add to my household menu for dinner!

I’ve never, and I mean NEVER, had interest in H*rry P*tter other than watching half of the first movie and never finishing it. I never hated it, just wasn’t motivated to watch all of it especially now that JKR is a transphobe.
