I need better ear protection options, the earplugs I wore to Deerhoof last month were way too effective here & I spent most of the night fiddling with them :/

I won one of these at summer fair bingo one year in junior school. More notable for its form than its artwork. Age-wise I was right in the cusp of this going from cool to excruciatingly babyish, so it only got a little use.

This year's dinner was blessed by a handsome young blackbird who's been coming back to strut up and down our garden fence all afternoon. He still has some of his downy fluff & is extremely charming, my hope for 2025 is to befriend him
