I like soup, crab cakes, Ledo pizza, EW&F and empathetic people, among other things. And the occasional home run.
A few days ago in Keller. Nothing but clear blue sky everywhere, except looking east. This enormous set of clouds really stood out.

This is the most relevant article to NIH and research cuts I’ve seen.

Imagine if this was today , how many people would be saying “Why are we studying Gila Monsters and their impact on diabetes ? That’s wasted money !”

Watched the first season of “A Man on the Inside” starring Ted Danson. It’s billed as a comedy, but it’s that and sooo much more. TV and humanity at its finest. Sublime writing and acting. Complementing the bold reality of the script - the scenes shot throughout the city of San Francisco. Bravo!

I don't like the Golden At-Bat idea. I like very much being open to considering new things and how to continue improving the game, and I think a lot of people just don't like *any change.* Both things can be true at the same time.
