Medicaid isn't expensive because of the recipients, it is expensive because they make a vial of insulin for $2 and sell it to the government for $200. (The other programs are similar.) Those companies use those profits to fund the election of every politician. That's why there is no actual dialogue.

Pope Francis said, "Dogma is not The Word." Anyone who interprets the rules in a way counter to Christ's teachings is missing the point.

Your light has the best chance of reaching them simply by shining on them in passing. However, they must be ready for the light. If they are ready, no more effort will be needed. If they are not, no amount of effort will help.

It's tragic to see so many people lose their livelihoods for no reason other than gender.

Not all of it. That is a distraction, for sure. However, there is also widespread suffering that is very real. We must focus on helping the victims.
