I don't really draw nsfw bc I just lack the time to get all the other illustrations on my backlog out of my system but the tenderness I want to depict in their intimacy makes my heart ACHE

the thing with estinien is that I had two whole expansions (given that Xel met him in ARR dragoon quests) to imagine his face before the reveal SO i take a few liberties (his lips lmfao) bc they so drastically changed when he took his helmet off okay

That said, it would be fun as an AU or as like an occasional fling. I'd like to draw them all together some day but lord I just don't have time

Xel'ia and Estinien are just such a bonded pair (do not separate!) in my head that it is difficult to add anyone else to their existing dynamic in the long term. Especially given Aymeric's duty to Ishgard, which keeps him solidly there, and Xel'ia & Estinien's adventurer/wanderlust natures.
