To be clear, I absolutely don’t want a crazy taxi roguelite. But people still play games that are based around short sessions and repetition and replay ability. No reason to think a modern crazy taxi wouldn’t scratch that same itch.

Was thinking, yes, modern gaming has changed a lot but also, people still play run-based roguelites.

Smaller sandbox and for shorter periods of time. The point is to give that frantic feeling! If you can just wander around and take missions, it’s not going to feel right.

And the core has to play like the original arcade game! Don’t try to make it bigger! Trust, people will still play it even if it’s not a massive open world mission based, micro transaction garbage fest! I still play the original!

Any new crazy taxi has to have some offspring. But also I do want some new stuff too. It has to be a blend. But it all has to be pop-punk.
