Much like Santa, I have a Nice List of teachers who lead my PDs, praise me and my leadership at every faculty meeting, look to me as a mentor, and of course, receive excellent evaluations without having to be observed.

The new VP of discipline has a very strong teaching background that spans two decades from 2019 - 2022. They'll be using their experience to create a schoolwide discipline matrix that has 0% administrative involvement.

The best part about leadership meetings is when Sycophantic DC takes the first two minutes of each meeting to praise and thank me for all of my hard work and dedication to the school.

People need to realize that the benefits of spending 2.6 million will help our administrative team figure out how to fix the 16 million budget shortfall, which will then filter down to our students.
