Mocking Revolving Door Admins who suck-up to board members and any admin on a higher rung. Shifting the paradigm through egregious use of acronyms and eduspeak.
Much like Santa, I have a Nice List of teachers who lead my PDs, praise me and my leadership at every faculty meeting, look to me as a mentor, and of course, receive excellent evaluations without having to be observed.
December 12, 2025 at 1:41 AM
Of course you received a negative eval. You called it Think/Pair/Share when we specifically told you during our welcome-back PD that you must now refer to it as Turn and Talk. I mean, do teachers even know what teaching is?

Pro tip for new teachers: When I no-show for a scheduled meeting with you, it's a non-issue. When you no-show for a scheduled meeting with me, I get to include in your evaluation that you are not keeping up with your professional duties.

So, I take time from today's staff meeting to ask what each of you are thankful for, and the only person who was thankful for me and my hard work was Sycophantic DC? Clearly, they're the only person who understands how scheduling works.
November 27, 2025 at 1:05 AM
I'd really like to approve your request from a month ago for a personal day this Wednesday, but Sycophantic Teacher just informed me that they'll be out all week, so I need you to come in and help cover their classes. Thanks for being a team player!

Due to an extended lunch with the superintendent, I wasn't able to make it for your observation, so I've rescheduled it for the day before Thanksgiving break. Please have a full, bell-to-bell lesson plan for the minimum day schedule, thanks!
November 21, 2025 at 2:48 AM
Let's see, the student claims they submitted every assignment online and you lost it, and you claim that the student didn't submit any assignments at all. Gee, I wonder who I'm going to believe?

The superintendent and executive cabinet will be visiting our campus tomorrow. Please act like it's a normal thing when you see me attempting to enforce discipline policies.
November 13, 2025 at 2:39 AM
Sometimes I wonder how I come up with my words of inspiration for a post-observation meeting. Gems like, "Your bulletin board is not creating an engaging learning environment," can only come from those of us who were master teachers in the classroom.

The Back to the Future remake looks promising as Mr. Strickland finally realizes that Marty's tardy problem is the fault of his teachers. Rumor has it that Huey Lewis will be changing The Power of Love to The Power of Clear Learning Targets.

The original Elm Street script reveals that Nancy fell asleep and dreamt about Freddy because her teacher wasn't engaging her in the learning process. After waking, Nancy realized that there wasn't a CLT, ESLR, or Power Standard posted, which caused her to scream hysterically.
October 30, 2025 at 3:00 AM
Rumor is that the original Scream script had principal Himbry reprimanding the teacher instead of expelling the students. The writers had to change it after realizing that there would be no Woodsboro murders if teachers did a better job with creating engaging lessons.

Not only will you be the life of the party, but you'll also get to evaluate other partygoers on their choice of costume without first disclosing the criteria on which they are to be evaluated.

Pro tip for future Revolving-Door Admins: Remember, when things go wrong, it's always someone else's fault.

The ass. sup. of curriculum, director of curriculum, and coordinator of curriculum analyzed Q1 BM results and don't understand why some students scored below average. Please create an intervention action plan so that all students score above average, thanks!

Great news! Contrary to what everyone is saying, our district's internal audit has shown that we are fiscally stronger than ever!
October 19, 2025 at 2:36 AM
Your 15 years of coaching in the district definitely qualifies you as our next AD. Too bad the superintendent has decided to go with the new hire who has 3 years of assistant coaching experience.

If you don't know the difference between an administrator and a revolving-door administrator, then 1) you are the revolving-door administrator, or 2) you're part of my circle of sycophants sucking up for preferential treatment for scheduling.
October 14, 2025 at 1:36 AM
Instead of researching the web-based apps suggested by teachers in the technology survey, the ass. sup. of curriculum has decided that it would be in the best interests of our students to renew our district license with Shady Software Company.

Sometimes I wonder how I come up with my words of inspiration. Gems like, "What are you doing to make your students want to show up on time?" in response to a question about the tardy problem can only come from those who were master teachers in the classroom.

The new VP of discipline has a very strong teaching background that spans two decades from 2019 - 2022. They'll be using their experience to create a schoolwide discipline matrix that has 0% administrative involvement.
October 5, 2025 at 12:22 AM
This teacher didn't have to look too far to find a new job and, get this, is apparently much happier at their new school because, "I don't have to deal with [insert name of revolving door administrator]'s BS anymore."
Did I really just show up at your front door with the head of HR and the district-union rep with resignation papers for you to sign? Yes, yes I did.
October 5, 2025 at 12:20 AM
The best part about leadership meetings is when Sycophantic DC takes the first two minutes of each meeting to praise and thank me for all of my hard work and dedication to the school.

People need to realize that the benefits of spending 2.6 million will help our administrative team figure out how to fix the 16 million budget shortfall, which will then filter down to our students.

$3,000 meals, $2,000 on chocolates: How FCPS staff spent $2.6 million in six months
The financially challenged district’s expenses also included $3,300 for an ax-throwing event and $52,000 bill for the Galt House in Louisville.
