Last night was the U.S premiere of Ava DuVernay’s film, “Origin” at the @VaFilmFest. She wanted to bring it to Charlottesville because of the 2017 tragedies. The film is stunning - full of love, rage, and hope - and hearing her talk about film in person was a dream fulfilled.
