The plastic treaty negotiations are coming to an end soon and I am going home- but the rest of my team are staying around to see if negotiations will go to plenary soon after this third day of informal consultations in Busan where observers do not have access!

I was interested in which 50 countries had the most and least participants at COP29 in Baku.

Not unexpectedly, the host country had most participants, followed by Turkiye, UAE, China, Russia. The count is a sum of the "parties" and "Partiy overflow" in the unfccc sheet
