Are you reading my mind?!?! This has been on my mind so much this school year as we have this very situation happening. You state it so perfectly!

Our social worker was trying to give me advice on some curriculum materials. Honey…you’re not even on the right highway.

My new motto is, “stay in your lane and get out of my way.”

I am curious how this is being monitored? Truly disappointed in this.

I wasn’t traumatized but it was for sure a negative experience. I moved in with someone else during winter break.

I think I would just rather be dead.

Right?!?! It is actually a graphic novel and it is their stories so it’s a narrative biography. The narrators are a lion and a wizard:)

Always push in! My boyfriend and Mom do not. I think some of it stems from being in a classroom all day and almost tripping and dying on a daily basis. It drives me crazy when empty chairs are not pushed in!!

We were told no and that because we have managed so far this doesn’t seem needed. I said…have you ever tried teaching with a bee in your classroom? I will add…our building is not air conditioned and my room is on the 3rd floor. The windows are not staying closed.

No person that makes buildings for schools has ever met children or teachers. I am convinced of this. My school is starting a remodel this summer and we asked if they could put screens on our windows. Our building is 100 years old and the screens disappeared long ago.

My ex-SIL worked at Costco when her 2yo daughter was diagnosed with an inoperable brain tumor. She wanted to spend every minute she could with her and couldn’t work. Costco worked with her so she could keep her health insurance for her and her daughter. She never had to worry about bills. ❤️Costco

That sounds so expensive!

This means I don’t need to dress up or buy a gift. I’m good with no invite.

My 16 year-old stepson said to me on Christmas, “well, I am moving out right when I turn 18.” I responded with, “you let me know how that goes for ya.”

They think they are being so smart.

Have you watched him in Six Feet Under? Completely different character but he is excellent in that as well.

Yes, sometimes this type of show is 👎🏻 but I think the casting is good and he is creepy but likable enough to match Michael C Hall. Hall was so good at the part you have to love him!

YES! Are you enjoying the show? I am very much.
