Every day I start my day with a 2 mile walk with Cooper. It's so peaceful & such a huge part of my mental health regimen. I also started a 30-day GrowWithJo challenge and I'm on week 9 of Wegovy. Making my health a priority is a daily struggle, but is more important than ever for my family.

I'm doing it for 19 people the Saturday after Thanksgiving. I actually hand wrote it out. #oldschool #sendwine
