1. Historically, eugenics was not a pseudoscience. It was *science* Almost every scientist, social scientist, academic, etc. believed in the validity of eugenics. You would have to search far & wide to find a scientist that didn't believe in some form of it. They taught it in college!

I noticed that our street trees - Ginkos - still have theirs. Usually they are mostly down by now...

Such a cool formation. I wonder how long the overthrust took? And what kind of pressure it took to squeeze that group out to the surface, as one book phrased it.

Could the developer scale back the project? Less tall, fewer units? No - we were told that would make the project not profitable.

5. The Ground floor of the proposed complex will have amenities for the residents but the neighborhood lost a corner store, pizza place, burrito place, etc. What about the neighbors - would they have access to these amenities?

4. There is a senior living complex that just opened next to the proposed building - looks like it will house about 500 - 1000 residents. Those traffic impacts have yet to be felt.

3. Traffic congestion - the lot sits in the middle of a cloverleaf between 2 expressways. People drive too fast already and one street is on a road diet with space for bikes. We've had two crashes on our corner in the last 60 days with cars in front lawns. Stop signs are regularly disregarded.

2. Too tall - residents can look into neighbors backyards. Existing trees will need to be cut and it will be years before new plantings will grow back to the same height.

1. Not enough parking especially for larger vehicles - concerns that residents with work vehicles will be forced to park in the neighborhood streets already crowded with cars.
