Under the law, a person with TPS who originally entered illegally who is arrested for theft would be required to be indefinitely detained by ICE, *even though* they might not be removable.

All I am saying is that if Blinken can recognize what is happening in Sudan is a genocide (which it absolutely is), then he should be able to see plain as day that Israel is committing a genocide of Palestinians in Gaza as well.
