Also this is Soap. Friendly cat turned up on neighbors doorstep while we were at wedding. She’s now in our bathroom until she gets spayed tomorrow and goes to her new foster home.

I’m in a B&N in a mall in Ohio. Please look at the “history” magazine section, which is entirely alternate history and also Hitler.

I document a lot of political street art - mostly stickers opposing various political figures - but this one, propped in front of a home in a residential neighborhood, took my breath away

Hydration product rec for heatwave peeps - these chewables. You should be drinking water with them but no mixing, very little sugar, vegan, gluten-free, easy to carry if your salts are off from sweating. I’m not affiliated with them, it’s just what I use and cheaper/easier than Gatorade etc.

For everyone following the saga for Daphne The Intersex Cat — we have an ask. We need a socialization foster in or near Brooklyn, NY who can commit to having Daphne in their home, in a cat playpen we would provide, for the next 1-3 months.

Here’s what that entails and here’s why.

A small, green-eyed tabby cat named Daphne who was discovered to be intersex at a routine TNR spay appointment that turned into removing testicular tumors where ovaries had been expected. Daphne is doing well now, and is estimated to be eight years old, far too old for life back on the street. We need a socialization foster (no experience needed) to help this cat learn to enjoy humans so that they can retire inside. Daphne needs some additional routine medical care, but is expected to have a normal lifespan and we only need a commitment from you of a few months!
