Radical acceptance/delusion maybe but watching humans take care of each other through this gives me a lot of hope for the future. Even in the microcosm/my personal experience: the past 48 hours, literally all of my friends and loved ones have checked on me. Institutions may fail us, but we won’t.

America is a failure.
Stay home tomorrow. Mourn with your family and friends for the nearly certain rough times ahead. Understand our nation must face this moment which came to be through the failures of our past leaders. Know we must reorganize and reinvent ourselves, and reinvigorate our democracy. We are not done.
