Finding the people who accept the genuine “you” is the single most valuable thing in an autists life.
Masking isn’t deception - it’s survival.
But it comes at a cost.
Unmasking is about finding spaces where survival doesn’t mean erasing ourselves.
Positives spaces where we can thrive aren't optional or a neat desire - they're a necessity for life.

I love art, was always drawing & making as a kid. Not so much as an adult, bit blocked. Here's something I did that I liked, I might post other things that aren't as good tho too, to get over the self imposed 'must be good' thing. We'll see.
