I totally agree with you Dhyani. It can be difficult for individuals to stay fit and healthy if they aren’t learning anything on obtaining a proper diet especially if they don’t have certain resources.

I can totally relate to this! I try to eat healthy and stay on track, but after a while, I start craving sweets again. It’s hard to resist especially when you’ve been doing so well you want to treat yourself here and there. It’s tough to break the cycle, but awareness is a big step.
