I think there's also something to be said for people's capacity to underestimate their need for others/overestimate their capacity to leave everyone and everything behind. ESPECIALLY if they are financially desperate or otherwise trying to dodge responsibility for something.

Settings button in top corner>all settings> uncheck the turn on smart features check box.

Let it reload then go back to settings, all settings. Scroll to "Manage Workspace smart features settings" untoggle both settings.
