Prelogar making the alpha point: whether or not you can get the medication depends entirely on what gender you identify as. Cis boys get the drugs, trans boys do not. That should be a point and click violation of Equal Protection.

To set the stage for what's about to happen at SCOTUS at 10:00am, the case is called US v. Skrmetti. It involves a Tennessee law that bans gender affirming care to trans minors, mainly things like hormone blockers.
