The chatbot is almost always wrong. I have advised people to take screenshots and submit with applications. Using AI instead of training staff..... the mind boggles....

While we are at it as well, refugees already face longer processing times for naturalisation, for no reason at all except racism.... and absurd extra requirements like providing an affidavit as to why they don't have a national passport.....which the DOJ holds when they receive refugee status....

I am beyond disgusted at the rhetoric the last few weeks. Cruel and inhumane whilst they do nothing to actually improve eother the asylum system or the immigration systems. If I here one more horrible story of those damn portals, wait times, rude and racist staff....the list goes on.

It's almost like funnelling all first time appointments to Dublin has created a backlog....who could have foreseen this 🫠
