It's not much to look at, but this pie was pretty great! I had leftover apple pie filling in the freezer (for way too long), leftover pie crust in the fridge, and leftover cookie butter in the pantry, so I made some salted butter caramel sauce and put it all in a pie!

Turning Truffles into Ice Cream, Part 7: Chocolate Torte! It looks like a pile of poo, but it's actually dark chocolate ice cream with chocolate cake chunks and milk chocolate stracciatella, served with orange crème anglaise!
