I'm very sorry for your loss. And I'm very angry that you did not receive the protection all citizens deserve from our peace officers.

Forgetting words isn't necessarily Alzheimers. I'm 68 and I forget more than I used to, which is scary. At my exam each year, I take a short, simple test. So far I'm ok--Doc says forgetting is normal. I wish media would stop reporting forgotten words/stumbles like they're moral failures.

I was born and raised in Michigan, & my sister still lives in the western part of the lower peninsula. Sunset is around 9:30pm for her in the summer. Central Time Zone would make a lot more sense.
