Feature: .ITI Export - for those who want to use Renoise to create loop points for a sample and then export it to Impulse Tracker Instrument format, it is now possible to export in .ITI format. Envelopes are not converted, for now.

Worth its own writeup but -- Heavy is going strong, too. Apart from updated support in plugdata, you also get things like fmod and updated libDaisy support!
