Whenever spamming strategies are utilized as they are here, especially over a union drive, I assume that this is a busting tactic.

I think the filings both sides turned into the NLRB on Jan. 9 shed some light on this.
A group of workers appear to want a union of 9 staff.
The APTP leadership appears to want the unit to include 15 staff.
Main difference btw the 2 proposed units? The APTP org one includes 6 directors
