very excited to share this collaboration with @fractalkitty.com for #mathtober's day 15 prompt, "Chord" - Sophia built this gorgeous visualization of rose curves in p5.js accompanied by my circle-of-fifths composition in CLAVIER-36

hacking around in hydra, a js/shader based video synth today - music is in max/msp (a simpler version of my clavier/orca setup)

ran into a file size limit uploading this, we'll see how the encoding handles this much ✨🌈🌀✨

livecoding in CLAVIER-36 this afternoon. playing random notes on 3 midi channels, plus 6 channels of random midi cc to drive a physical simulation. running into 3 instance of korg multi-poly.

I hear the video quality is better now? Held off on uploading this piece I made a few weeks ago, p5.js + ORCA. No shaders, surprisingly.

Quick hue study I made in p5.js. Will post some code when I clean it up a little more, but trying to do some weird math on chroma and lightness on randomly selected hues, and trying to get away from raw RGB noise.

Worried about bsky cropping, this should be in 16:9?
