OK, so our "Secretary of War" currently has two big priorities: (1) murdering innocent fishermen in the Caribbean, and (2) endangering the lives of commuters in Southern California.
Perhaps, we are seeing one of the downsides to having a drunk TV talk show chatterbox running our military.

I completely agree. I can pick out that old truck that someone took the converter off immediately. Leaded gas and no converters, commuting must have taken years off your life. Not to mention smoking cigarettes on the drive.
Like it was in 70s with cars having no catalytic converter. UGGH
