Found some comments saying programming isn't art. Besides the artworks that can be produced with programming, there's a small nuance many non-programmers miss; The abundance of beauty in the literary elements of clean, well-written, and robust code.

I've been doing #Gamedev stuff for 15 years, and it's only now where I'm seeing this weird meta where people like artist, composers, sound fx folks aren't included in the Gamedev discussions unless the game in reference is some huge Fandom hit.

Growing up privileged doesn't have to blind you from systematic issues. It's a harrowing experience to sit and imagine the trauma experienced when the sun sets. It was only last year that two sunset towns in Nevada were ordered to stop sirens used to force non whites out at 5:00 p.m. daily.
