But I'm relying on Sudafed as pseudo Adderall. It's....slightly effective

I had a prescription for it. But then I dropped it when I moved and didn't have a psychiatrist. Now I have one but they are worried ADHD meds will cause my bipolar to destabilize.
So it's like..cool my emotions are stable now but I can't focus. Can I please have Adderall "hmm not yet"
