This weekend, during our monthly call, my client started with, “I didn’t do anything.” By the end, we realized she had accomplished so much, even in the face of deeply emotional and time consuming challenges.

It reminded me that taking a step back to reflect is crucial when we feel overwhelmed 🩷

Quilting is therapeutic and grounding when things feel crazy and overwhelming 🩷

I had a fun strategy session this morning, helping a quilt pattern designer figure out her next steps! I even have another on Saturday with a course creator who wants to start on demand classes on her website 🩷

I feel like I’m working in my zone of genius and my heart is full!
