My Windows laptop is in the process of gradually dying, as it’s my old 10 inch iPad. I was contemplating getting a MacBook Air for the first time in my life, any thoughts?

Channel 4 have got their B team opening the #F1 coverage tonight...

Again we have an appalling news story happening, and yet again rolling news is hyper focused on the story. They are spending hours trying to cover a story that has very little detail currently available.

Is it in the contract of the US cabinet to blow smoke up Trump every time they speak about the Orange Tyrant?

Negotiating with the US government about tariffs is like negotiating with a mugger to keep your watch whilst he’s taking your wallet, it’s still a mugging.

Just shows once again how wrong the news organisations approach big news. Yes the Pope has died but other news is still happening. We don't need other peoples reflections, nor a biography. Oh and the news isn't a shock either - he was fragile and unwell. The news organisations need to react better.

The street circuits like Saudi Arabia and Las Vegas where all you can see is the metal walls are just not interesting. I’m a lifelong F1 fan and they just don’t do it for me… #F1

Do they actively search for new ways of looking like morons every day?

The credibility of the US government is completely shot.

Gone.

Annihilated.

Nobody anywhere in the world can believe a single word that comes out of this Administration.

Ever.

Finished the latest season of the White Orchid and whilst I enjoyed it as a whole, it just didn't seem to work as well this time. The stories felt less 'thought out'.

1/ I'm sure someone has already pointed this out, but one additional thing about the tariffs being done unilaterally by the president: They can be (and almost certainly will be) reversed by the next Democratic president.

Good grief we thought we had it bad with Liz Truss, that twat Trump has properly screwed the global economy. At least with Truss we got her out in a few weeks and we managed to mitigate the losses. He's screwed us all for the foreseeable, all to suit his rich mates....

A two part tale of abject idiocy that perfectly summarises the disingenuous daily con perpetuated by the right, facilitated by a bought client media that incessantly platforms them.

Anyone who thinks the UK and the USA still have a ‘special relationship’ under the current presidency is clearly delusional…

There’s an easy response to the Donolds tariffs, avoid buying American goods wherever possible. 🇬🇧❌🇺🇸
Trump is charging 10% tariffs on UK goods & 20% on EU goods.

It was estimated that 20% tariffs would cost UK 0.8% GDP.
So let's say today's tariffs will cost 0.4%.

So Brexit saved us 0.4% in US trade, but cost us 4% in EU trade.

Anyone calling Trump tariffs a "Brexit Success" CAN'T FUCKING COUNT!
