The same as the one on the other place. Still don’t tolerate fools gladly.

If Clive wishes to change existing equality and human rights law, then he is in exactly the right place to attempt to do so. But as an MP he needs to stop perpetuating the myth that trans people have lost rights.

I wish Clive would stop bringing the left of the LP into disrepute by advocating for access for males with trans identities to female single sex services provisions and sports. Women's political & legal rights must be upheld by the political left.

There are no changes to trans people rights since they remain legally protected against harassment & discrimination under the protected characteristic of gender reassignment. But males are not females & female people have rights too.

So in fact Stonewall Law has resulted in the widespread unlawful removal of women's rights to single sex services, provisions & sports in circumstances in which sex matters.

Clive appears to have completely misunderstood the Supreme Court ruling which confirmed that sex in the Equality Act means and has always meant biological sex not certificated sex.
Deeply concerned that changes to trans rights could be approved without MPs or the public seeing details. This risks undermining accountability on issues affecting lives and freedoms. Proposals must face scrutiny before approval. Everyone deserves to know what’s being decided in their name.

Not what the Supreme Court said. It turns out Upton never had the right to enter women's spaces. He was told wrong. Peggie was right.
You make it quite clear that YOU believe women's rights don't matter. But don't lie about what the law says.

Upton is one of the cited respondents, genius. Accused of harassment against Sandie Peggie. Not a witness.
July 17, 2025 at 12:30 AM
Sandie Peggie isn’t the one being called to account here. She’s the claimant. The internal process finding that there is no evidence that she harassed him is obviously highly relevant to the facts of the case.

It’s hard to argue she harassed Upton when NHS Fife has cleared her of misconduct.

Is that an appeal to a higher court? Ordinary tribunals don’t set “legal precedent”. They are not binding. That’s also a completely different case so I’m not really sure what your point is. If a discrimination case isn’t made out satisfactorily, it will likely fail. That goes for all.

I like this bit particularly "schools ... should not teach as fact that all people have a gender identity."
I'm bothered so much that I'm allowed to say I don't believe that I have a soul, but get shut down when I say I have no gender identity.

Upton is male, Lauren. Obviously so. She absolutely has the right to say she doesn’t want to change clothes with men. Also, were you under the impression no one has ever made this argument before? The harassment allegations have not been upheld.

Everyone ever born had a male & female parent. Since the beginning of humanity, people have understood the binary nature of sex; they didn't need science to tell them that it takes a male & female to procreate. That we are arguing about this shows how far down a rabbit hole some have fallen

1. No it doesn't.
2. Only this morning it was announced that Peggie has been cleared by NHS Fife of gross misconduct - so it turns out it cannot be construed as harrassment/discrimination.
