The problem is that whenever I’m like “yeah! Self care is the best thing I can do for the world right now!” this is how I feel:

Me: I’m gonna fail this test. Nursing school is so hard. I don’t know what I’m doing. I’ve made peace with just passing. <has a panic attack>

For my first post I just want to remind everyone of what my former coworker (who didn’t know me) wrote inside my going away card when I left a few months ago to start nursing school. I still think of him often. I hope he’s having a great day and doesn’t have a job where details matter
