I imagine you could add lots of different categories of shapes but a few that could be added would be ovoid cocci (Thiovulum as an example), unique shapes like multicellular magnetotactic bacteria (MMB/MMP), and gigantism bacteria like Thiomargarita magnifica. I am a big fan of all your posters!
