Political kidnappings are real. Trump & ICE have disobeyed judges’ orders, claiming “Whoops we were moving people before you told us to stop.” If/when they’re found in contempt, what then? It feels like they’re going to keep going no matter what. People with the power to do so need to STEP UP NOW.

Help me understand: There are a LOT of posts from law experts saying many (most) actions from the past couple weeks are illegal/ require congressional approval. And I am seeing NO details of any steps toward enforcing checks and balances. Wasn’t our country founded on NOT letting this shit happen??
