This is cool to figure out where to Suspense, and also makes me think that single-flight request could resolve earlier even with a pending resource, unless the response is already being resolved separately. Fun stuff

This is quite a banger feature for web perf engineers. In Chrome Canary, you can now turn on an experimental feature to throttle single requests!

Recycling a discord message on `this.update()`
That's like @trusktr (Joe Pea) htmlEffect that used to have an update function for when not using reactivity. That, for a single module may be doable, but then you tangle many modules, and you are overcalling update. The beauty of reactivity is on derivation. What maybe we are missing is forcing derivation a bit more, but there's some work about that on solid v2. The almost invisible performance cost of a reactive system pays off by the consistency provided by the state of the state. Manually syncing things is prune to error because well we aren't perfect, specially when working as a team.

Im very sad to announce my beloved Quack(my cat) passed away this afternoon. Had a lymphoma and deteriorated in 2 months pretty quick. He was lovely, jealous, and caring. Free and happy, with his own door-in, outdoor little house, stairs to the roof, that loved adventure at neighbours roofs, climb trees, fighting villains cats, and sunbathing at the overgrown grass. I will miss you forever and keep in my heart.

Honestly fed up with that thing of "you can only type N chars", I already have enough problems communicating. No need to limit what I can type. Is not that I need much more, and I kind of get it on having a limit, but you can put the limit on you your yourself, you don't need a damn software for it.

Besides Ryan journey being truly inspiring...! This is why we need more low level apis in the browser and less of the high level stuff. Because anyone with motivation enough can come with ideas and concepts to push the whole thing forward. The less we are constrained the more creative we are.

HTML6 would be nice, with lots of new basic and needed DOM primitives and none of the overengineered, overlinked and mostly unwanted DOM stuff. To develop our things and ideas on top of it. Getting kind of concerning how implementers deviate from what _everyone_ else seem to want.

what is GroupNode? The ability to ship on the DOM components that have more than a node in it, similar to JSX <>... concept.
The latter is well known/understood but apparently at WHATWG various people have hard time imagining that so I've created a Pen:
