My lashes are naturally long and thick though so mascara is really all I need during the week anyway.

This is why I only wear lashes when going out/on the weekends. I feel that if I wore them daily, even applying them myself, I would get use to how I look in them hence feeling as if I HAD to wear them daily.
i wear strip lashes sometimes and they do make a difference but I refuse to commit to lashes as a treatment bc i'm a firm believer that once you add a makeup layer you feel "less than" without.

I’d never let someone sit around and not prioritize what my manager wants me to do.
& if we schedule it, I’m showing up.
At the very least, I communicate if something like time has to change due to my availability.
