So for Thanksgiving I made two layer Cafe de Olla cheesecake with a Mexican wedding cookie crust. Top layer was standard cheesecake bottom layer was the cafe de olla with dulce de leche as the binder between layers and a drizzle of dulce de leche on top. Turned out great.

Fun fact, edging a shield is difficult. Oh and putting rawhide on it is also difficult.

So my wife and I do fencing and I was going to get her some chainmail so she doesn't have to wear her gambeson for the required torso protection, good to know though I can throw it in a dishwasher...I guess?

I feel like a skyscraper window washer when I take a shower at my in-laws, cause you have to squeegee down the sides of the shower every time. Squeegee for reference.

I guess I should start using this finally! I will start streaming again after Christmas, but in the meantime have a nice eggnog cheesecake in the oven with gingerbread cookie crust and crumble.
