So for Thanksgiving I made two layer Cafe de Olla cheesecake with a Mexican wedding cookie crust. Top layer was standard cheesecake bottom layer was the cafe de olla with dulce de leche as the binder between layers and a drizzle of dulce de leche on top. Turned out great.

I thought my research essay for school was due today and that I missed the deadline for my outline. I panicked did both all today, then went to submit it. Just to see only the outline was due today...so guess I'm done with it early at least?

Went to a restaurant tonight and asked for a hard cider, lady handed me a pineapple agua fresca. I was like I think this is someone else's, I asked for a hard cider, she said this is a hard cider. I shouldn't be as mad as I am about that.
