Made a Mecha-like videogame for the Pirate Software jam 16. Wanted to upload a video but it's literally 11 seconds too long and cutting it would cut what I want to show. Dang it bluesky. So here's a gif during development!

Initial mock up for a ranged and bruiser enemy. Just getting basic shapes and color before figuring out animations.

This is flee behavior with wall avoidance for a ranged enemy. Art is place holder. Need to tweak the values so they can actually get away from the player. But much better than it used to be.

Working on tweaking my Steering Behaviors. The AI code was still from the jam. (11 months ago!) This is seek with a little bit of wall avoidance. Still need to tweak the wall avoidance numbers a bit, but it is working.
Feels much better.
