His comment about vaccine efficacy is misleading. Whooping cough (pertussis) vaccine 92% efficacy at 2.5 years with loss of protection at 4 years. It is an acellular vaccine that requires booster shots to maintain immune responsiveness.

Immediate costs are higher as MWh rates are higher. Delayed costs will be higher due to environmental impact. It’s all known science and math but as we know we’ve dumped that.
