Howdy #MetsSky. Has decent night! Woke few times to visit to porcelain library then back to sleep. Pain not major. Could be combo of timing Tylenol, that capsaicin-laced chili & a Tommie Copper compression band after ice packs most of day. Mixed 2 flavors: Chocolate Raspberry Truffle & French Toast!

Going to experiment with another potential pain remedy today. Capsaicin is alleged to have pain management properties & I have a bunch of hot peppers that we grew this summer. Therefore, time for me to make a vat of chili! Got all the ingredients so maybe I'll go play in the kitchen for a while.

I remember something very similar, but I think it was the "player of the game" thing. I could be wrong. Been quite a while since I watched the game. There really is only one everlasting memory of that game anyway!

As I sit here sipping my Chocolate Cinnamon decaf, it occurs to me that many of our #MetsSky family often join in with their coffee each day. I could create another starter pack, specifically for the #Mets Morning Coffee Cafe. If there's enough interest I'll do it. DM me if you're interested.

Howdy #MetsSky. Still debating NSAIDs vs opioids (both bad) & vacation vs not (both bad). Hate debating with myself - one of us always loses. Mets lost two pitchers to minor league free agency; Matt Allan who might be a great comeback story & Bryce Montes de Oco who throws hard but had TJS twice.

Good morning #MetsSky. I'm learning about "polypharmacy", a problem for seniors. It's the use of multiple meds. Over five is an issue. I take 17, some "as needed", & 3 supplements. In total there are 96 interactions with each other. Doc & I will chat soon! As you age, be sure to know your stuff!
