Watched Sinners, what a fantastic film! We need more of these. The music scene where they go through past, present, and future was beautiful, one of the best scenes in a movie I've had the pleasure of experiencing.

Been lax about updating this so firing off some of the stuff I did since this:
Finished Heavenly Tyrant by Xiran Jay Zhao. Definitely better than the first (which I also liked!) but also suffered from pacing like the first.

Iron Widow by Xiran Jay Zhao was very good! Pacing at times was a bit speedy but overall I enjoyed it. Looking forward to starting the sequel soon and seeing where the plot goes because that was quite the explosion of an ending!

Expedition 33, game of the year, probably game of the 2020s for me so far. I genuinely don't think I've felt as much in a game as I just did. The closest I think is probably late-game FFXIV Endwalker, but even that didn't hit as hard as this. Everyone should play it.

HGSS is the pinnacle of the Pokemon games IMO. My original DS from 2004 broke during my playthrough and I was so determined to keep playing I went out and got a DSiXL.
