For #ScreenshotSaturday. Mostly been polishing out bugs and minor edges. Pay no mind to the broken level-up menu. That gets fixed soon. The math formulas are improving.

Finally implemented CTB turn delay to CnC2. FFX is now outclassed by this framework both because dragons, but also because this actually shows a popup when a creature's delayed so some big enemy attack doesn't just delay everyone four times and kill me without giving me a turn yes I'm mad.

For #ScreenshotSaturday. Make your debug tools good. Developed the combat debug menu. Most importantly targeting was refactored to work and now resurrection works. In-game fast-forward is good too.

Final Fantasy X fans rejoice as the CTB gauge works in Crop and Claw 2. Combat clip as I've been refactoring menus.

Pocket #ZniwAdventure. A #dinosaur point 'n click in the palm of your hand.

Working with #Portmaster to see if the full game can run on Anbernic's 1GB hardware. 60 FPS on the RG35XX-SP so far.

AGS games may be generally portable soon, too.

I said it once, so once again: make your #GameDev tools decentish. Debug menu being expanded and now we can manipulate map flags in SRAM. Among other fixes and improvements to make testing faster and more resilient to being locked out of.

For #ScreenshotSaturday, confirming that yes, it is indeed possible to create a #kobold party in #dragon #jrpg Crop and Claw 2.

Even if we add nothing else to this, you have a minimum of four party members, each which could be one of five species, and one of five classes. But there'll be more.

Write your own tools when you can for #GameDev or else it sucks.

A simple shell script that iterates through indexed PNGs, uses aseprite palettes, and creates palette swap sheets of every combination, since we don't dynamically generates these in the Gorbash framework.

Surprisingly, a two and a half hour dev stream was enough for Crop and Claw 2's keyboard to be written, and it's pretty easily extended. I may tool-ify it sometime. Currently contains English and kanas. Glyphs are stored in a text file and built automatically. No tedious manual building. #dragons
