He's suing in the US, in Florida, since they have a 2yr statute of limitations on this. The UK has only 1 yr so it's out of time for the UK courts. BBC have a defence that the progs were not widely seen in US, & so didn't cause him actual damage financially or otherwise as he won the 24 election.
