Busy day today.. scoring session in Prague.

Great informative day at the Guildford Games Festival meeting up with other like-minded music composers and gamers..bit of a shock to the system after emerging from the safety of my studio!

There must be a synth addicts anonymous somewhere, I absolutely did not buy this mint condition Casio MT65...circa 1983. I remember staring at it through a window around that time too!

After 27 Xmas party gigs, I'm done. Happy Christmas X Back to composer mode in the new year!

Current mood as my alter ego (the performer for MTA Events) rather than composer after Xmas party number 15 is PLEASE WRITE NEW Xmas music, I beg you. Side note as a struggling musician I'm watching people hand out free TVs as "gifts". It's like black Friday without fights.

So tonight I'm in DJ mode as I was last night and tomorrow, composer mode returns Monday! Figure that out algorithm...

So I went out to look at a new keyboard controller, felt generally ignored by staff at one shop, then went into the fantastic Hobgoblin music in Brighton UK, and came out with an electric violin (which I'm going to spend the evening pairing with mad sounds from guitar rig 7)! Still no controller.🤷‍♂️

One of these days I'll post a shiny clean studio with fancy monitors and mood lighting.. today is not the day. I have piano sketches to finish (or start but don't tell anyone)...

The Christmas party season begins...I know I can't believe it either! Back in the studio on Monday thankfully!
