I hate pickles. Especially wet ones that leak onto my chips or fries, making them inedible. Sometimes I forget to say NO PICKLES. One time a chef created a butterfly with a sloppy wet pickle for the body and bread for wings. Anyway, I've been messing around with watercolors. This is my Guernica.

Way back in 1990 I did some Christmas cards for a small greeting card company. Sharing them over the next few days. Enjoy (I think...)

I observed three common plot points between "Rudolph the Red-Nosed Reindeer" and "Deliverance."
1. A character plays the banjo.
2. A journey over water.
3. Someone makes pig noises.

Here's one of my favorite writers, Patrick O'Brian, in the middle of his story, telling the reader how he feels about writing dialects.
