Police Confirmed Alex Pretti was a US Citizen with a gun permit and his gun was REMOVED prior to officers fatally shooting him to death. Video evidences shows that Alex Pretti never drew the gun.

- They informed ICE of the legal status, which permitted the employee to live and work in the US
